PEZINOK, SLOVAKIA - Kansas State junior guard Jacob Pullen threaded a pass through three defenders to Lycoming's Michael Bradley for the winning basket at the buzzer, as the East Coast All-Stars finished their tour of eastern Europe undefeated with a 93-92 win over AB Cosmetics Pezinok on Tuesday night.

Pullen, who finished the team's leading scorer at 19.8 points per game, led three players in double figures with 22 points.  He also added a team-tying seven assists, four rebounds and one steal.  West Virginia sophomore guard Truck Bryant also posted 22 points to go with seven assists.  Junior forward Dominique Sutton, who was plagued by foul trouble most of the night, finished with 10 points, four rebounds and three steals.

Pullen, who also led the All-Stars in scoring in four of five contests, finished the Tour with a team-leading 5.6 assists, 2.2 steals and 2.0 rebounds per game.  Sutton, who scored in double figures in all five contests, averaged 14.8 points, 6.8 rebounds and 2.4 steals per game.

The first quarter had the All-Stars in good rhythm, as they opened up a 27-18 lead.  The second quarter had Pezinok show their ability to dominate their opponents.  Going on a 37-17 run, the squad had no answer for the Top Division Slovakian Champion's shooting, rebounding and defense.  By the time the half came to an end, the All-Stars trailed 55-44, and would not take the lead back until the final shot.

The team fought hard as the third period began, but were only able to shave just two points off the deficit, as Pezinok capped the quarter with a 78-69 lead.

The final period was one of the most exciting endings in the East Coast All-Stars' history.  Battling through scoring runs on each side, the team ran into trouble as Sutton and Lycoming's James Oberlies fouled out of the contest.

Down the stretch, Connecticut College's Chris Kehoe finished a strong drive to basket, giving Pullen an assist and getting East Coast to within five points.  With 57 second left, NJIT's Arjun Ohri had a open 3-point field goal rattle in and out, a shot that would have tied the contest.  Following a missed shot by Pezinok, Bryant drew in foul in transition, and made both free throws with 40 seconds to go in the game.  Down one point, the All-Stars came up with a huge defensive effort, forcing their opponent into a 24-second shot clock violation, which set-up Bradley's thrilling basket with 00.0 showing on the game clock.

The East Coast All-Stars complete their 2009 Tour with an overall record of 4-0-1.  The team is scheduled to arrive back in New York City on Wednesday night.   Pullen, Sutton and the rest of the Wildcats will return to campus on Saturday, August 22 when they will continue preparations for the upcoming season.
