JUNIOR COLLEGE: Played one year at guard for the 4-6 Sacramento City College Panthers under head coach Mike Clemons.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played two years for the Linden Lions under coaches Tim Patterson and Mike Huber... Team won the Mother Lode League and was the section runner-up... Named all-league, all-area and second team all-state following his senior season in 2006... Also lettered two years in basketball and was an honor roll student all four years.

PERSONAL: Zach Hanson was born Feb. 13, 1988... Parents are Earl and Sandy Hanson... Brother, Matt, plays football at Midwestern State.
