2003 (Redshirt Freshman): Played in 12 games at outside linebacker and on special teams... Made his first career start against Baylor (11/1) in place of Bryan Hickman... Totaled 11 tackles, including two for loss... Credited with career-high four tackles against Baylor, including first career sack... Had three stops against Kansas (10/25).

2002 (Freshman): Redshirt season.

Lamar HS: Ranked 52nd among inside linebackers nationally by Rivals.com web site... Member of the Dallas Morning News All-Area Team... Listed as a prospect on the top 75 list by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram... Defensive MVP of team... Had 96 tackles and four sacks as a senior... Started and lettered for three seasons...
