2003 (Sophomore): Appeared in five games as a reserve linebacker... Credited with two solo tackles on the year, both vs. Kansas.

2002 (Freshman): Saw playing time in two games but did not record any statistics.

Springfield Central HS: A three-year letterman and two-way starter for the Eagles... Played both fullback and outside linebacker... Twice earned all-conference honors on defense and was an all-region selection as a senior... Named a team captain as both a junior and senior and was Central’s team MVP as a senior... Led the team in both sacks and tackles in 2001 and was the squad’s leading receiver... Received the 2000 Charles A. Ludden Alumni Award for outstanding performance, dedication and sportsmanship in football... Coached by Dan McLaughlin.

Personal: Kyle Anthony Suttles was born Aug. 21, 1983, in Springfield, Mass... Parents are Ronald and Bridget Suttles... Has a younger brother, Ronald, Jr... A hotel and restaurant management major who would like to run his own restaurant... Enjoys listening to music and playing drums for his church choir... Grew up and completed high school in Springfield, Mass., before his family moved to Leavenworth, Kan.
