2007: Earned second-team All-Big 12 honors from the Associated Press, Rivals.com and the Waco Tribune-Herald... Also receieved honorable mention All-Big 12 from the league’s coaches... Natural runner who possesses excellent speed and toughness... Team’s top rusher with 1,106 yards on 174 attempts (6.4 avg)... Became the first 1,000-yard rusher since Darren Sproles in 2004... Recorded 12 rushing touchdowns, including a 3-score game against Missouri State and a 2-score game against Colorado... Had at least 1 touchdown in 6 of the last 7 games... Recorded three runs of 65 or more yards, all of which went for scores... Third in the Big 12 and 42nd nationally with 92.2 yards per game... Started 15 of the final 16 career games... Racked up 111 yards on the ground against San Jose State, followed by a 114-yard, 3-touchdown effort against Missouri State... His 3 rushing touchdowns were the most on the ground since Allen Webb rushed for four against Nebraska in 2004... Rushed for 77 yards and 1 touchdown on 19 attempts at Texas... Also returned a second-quarter kickoff 85 yards for a touchdown against the Longhorns... Established a then-career high with 159 rushing yards against Colorado, including a career-long touchdown run of 68 yards... Gained 129 yards and scored 1 touchdown at Nebraska... Reset his career high with 172 yards against Missouri.. Rushed for 71 yards on nine carries, including a 67-yard touchdown... Was a threat out of the backfield against Auburn (7 rec., 40 yards), Missouri State, (5 rec., 24 yards), Kansas (4 rec., 28 yards), Oklahoma State (4 rec., 32 yards) and Nebraska (3 rec., 38 yards)...  

2006: Appeared in 10 games and started each of the final five games of the season... Finished the year as K-State’s second-leading rusher... Totaled 403 yards on 98 carries (4.1 avg.) and scored two rushing touchdowns... Also hauled in 10 receptions for 87 yards and a score... Ranked third on team in all-purpose yards, averaging 59.5 yards per game... Rushed for 100 yards in consecutive games against Missouri and Iowa State, marking the first time a K-State running back had done so since Thomas Clayton in 2005... Returned his first career kickoff 85 yards for a touchdown at Kansas... Caught a career-high three passes, one for a nifty 36-yard touchdown, against Texas... Made his first career start against Iowa State and ran for 115 yards and a score on 22 carries... Rushed for a career and game-high 127 yards on 20 carries at Missouri... Also scored his first career touchdown on a 9-yard run at Mizzou... Had 28 yards on eight carries at Kansas... Carried the ball six times for 13 yards against Oklahoma State... Rushed four times for 10 yards against Illinois State in his first action as a Wildcat.

Junior College: Rushed for 2,384 yards and scored 36 touchdowns in two seasons at Blinn College... Averaged just under 7.5 yards per carry during... Earned first team NJCAA All-America honors as a freshman in 2004 and honorable mention All-America accolades as a sophomore in 2005... Was also a two-time first team All-Southwest Junior College Football Conference selection... Ranked seventh (115.2 ypg) in the NJCAA in rushing as a sophomore and fifth as a freshman (123.2 ypg)... Helped lead the Buccaneers to a 7-3 record in 2005... Totaled 1,152 yards on 170 carries (6.8 ypc) and 15 touchdowns as a sophomore... Led SWJCFC runner-up Blinn to a 9-2 record and a victory over Jones County Community College in the 2004 Golden Isles Bowl... Finished freshman season with 1,232 yards on 153 attempts (8.1 ypc) and led the nation in touchdowns with 21... Led the SWJCFC in scoring in both 2004 and 2005... 2004 conference offensive MVP... Redshirted during the 2003 season... Coached by Brad Franchione.

High School: Rated as the No. 30 running back in the nation by Rivals.com and Scout.com (then called TheInsiders.com) coming out of Memorial High School... A two-time class 4A honorable mention all-state selection as well as a two-time All-District 20-4A pick... Tapped as the District 20-4A Co-Offensive Player of the Year as a junior in 2001... A member of Max Emfinger’s 2002 Texas Super Team... Rushed for 1,176 yards and averaged an eye-popping 9.26 yards per carry with nine touchdowns in just nine games as a senior at Memorial... Totaled 1,388 yards and 18 touchdowns as a junior at Port Arthur Jefferson... Coached by Butch Colbert at Memorial.
