Athletic linebacker who possesses excellent power and speed... Had a much improved fall in 2007 and will look to break into K-State’s linebacker rotation with another solid spring.

2007: Appeared in three games as a redshirt freshman and made four total tackles...  Had three solo stops against Missouri State while also picking up a tackle against Colorado... Also was a contributor on special teams.

2006: Redshirted.

High School: A 2005 first team All-District 17-5A selection and a second team Class 5A Region III pick as a senior at Langham Creek High School... Also a unanimous second team All-Greater Houston selection after recording 130 tackles (95 solo), 17 tackles for loss, including 11 sacks... Moved from running back to linebacker prior to his senior season... Was tapped as a Texas Fab 50 and an honorable mention all-league running back as a junior... Rushed for 620 yards and seven touchdowns despite seeing his playing time hampered by injuries during 2004... Also saw spot-duty at linebacker for the Lobos on defense as a junior...
