2008: Redshirted.

2007: Replaced an injured Jordan Bedore and made starts in the final seven games of the season at center... Stepped in and performed at a high level... Lead a Wildcat line that was 24th nationally in sacks surrendered and also blocked for an offense that broke 11 school season records... Named Second Team Academic All-Big 12.

2006: Came off the bench to record a solo tackle as a defensive end vs. Florida Atlantic in his only action of the season... Also drilled as an offensive tackle to provide depth up front.

HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year starter at Little River High School... Played 8-man football as a prep... Named first team all-state by the Topeka Capital Journal and Wichita Eagle as a senior... Earned All-Heart of America Conference honors all four seasons... Was an honorable mention all-state selection by the Topeka Capital-Journal and Wichita Eagle as a sophomore and junior... Coached by Shane Cordell... Also lettered in basketball and track & field... Won the 2005 state Class 1A shot put title.

PERSONAL: Trevor Rollyn Viers was born Aug. 17, 1987, in McPherson, Kan... Parents are Marvin and Tane Viers... Mother is an alumnus of Kansas State... An honor roll student who competed in forensics in high school... Uncle, Perry Viers, lettered at Kansas State from 1974-76 as a defensive end... Cousin, Boyd Viers, played linebacker at Iowa State from 2001-2004... Selected as the 2005 Little River homecoming king... Majoring in business administration.
