2005: Appeared in just one game as a reserve defensive end, collecting an assisted tackle vs. North Texas.

High School: Three-year starter at Pace High School... Prepped at the same high school as teammate Byron Garvin... First team Class 3A all-state selection as a senior by the Florida Sports Writers Association... Considered one of the top 50 prospects in Miami-Dade County’s class of 2004 by the Miami Herald... Helped lead Pace to a 12-3 record during 2003 and a Florida Class 3A state title... Recorded 112 total tackles, including 16 sacks, as a senior... Finished with 82 total tackles and four sacks as a junior, helping the Spartans to a 12-1 record and a berth in the third round of the state playoffs... Coached by Joe Zaccheo...
