Experienced offensive lineman with good size... Will look to anchor the offensive line after starting all 12 games last season.

2007: Appeared and started all 12 games at right guard... Blocked for running back James Johnson, who became the fastest Wildcat in school history to rush for 1,000 yards in a season... Helped the Wildcats to a No. 24 national ranking in fewest sacks allowed... Graded out as one of the top performers on the line.

2006: Made a solid transition from tackle to guard prior to the 2006 season... Had a strong camp and opened the season at right guard... Ended up appearing in four games, with three starts... Earned starting nods against Illinois State, Florida Atlantic and Baylor.

2005: Named to the Academic All-Big 12 second team... Appeared in three games as a reserve offensive tackle... Early-season injury slowed progress.

2004: Redshirted.

High School: A three-year starter at Andale High School... Considered the No. 42 offensive tackle in the nation and the No. 7 prospect in Kansas by Rivals.com... Earned All-Midlands region honors from Prepstar... Selected Kansas Class 4A all-state first team by the Topeka Capital-Journal and the Wichita Eagle as a senior... Earned first team All-Chisholm Trail League honors as both a junior and senior... Selected to play in the 2004 Kansas Shrine Bowl... Also played tight end... Coached by former Wildcat Gary O’Hair...
