First in the Big 12 and tied for fifth nationally in field goals per game (1.83)... First in the conference and fifth in school history with a 78.6 field goal percentage... Fourth in the conference and tied for 16th nationally in scoring with 9.17 points per game... A Lou Groza Award candidate... Finished the season tied for first on the school’s single-season field goals list with 22... Finished his junior year eighth in career field goals... Was 2-for-2 against Nebraska... Hit 2-of-3 field goals at Iowa State... Went three-of- five against Baylor... Was true on his only attempt at Oklahoma State, a 23-yarder... 2004-05: Lettered two years at Ohio University under coaches Brian Knorr and Frank Solich... Played in seven games as a sophomore, connected on a perfect 10-of-10 extra points, and 1-of-5 on field goals... Hit a key 37-yard field goal in an overtime win over Pittsburgh... Was the starting kicker as a true freshman, connecting on 7-of-14 field goals... Nailed a career-long 39-yarder against UCF, a game in which he went 2-of-3.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered and started one year for the Griffins under coach John Barnes... Tabbed as the 28th-best kicker in the nation by rivals.com and a three-star prospect by scout.com... First-team All-California Interscholastic Federation selection, as well as a second-team all-state pick...In 2003, won the Chris Sailor National Kicking Competition, the Purdue Kickoff Competition, and the University of Washington's Field Goal Competition... Connected on 11-of-14 field goals, 56-of-56 extra points and drilled 88% of his kickoffs for touchbacks as a senior... Also competed in baseball and soccer.
