2008: Saw limited playing time, appearing in just one game... Came in as a reserve against Oklahoma and carried the ball five times and had one grab for five yards.

HIGH SCHOOL: Started three seasons at running back at Olathe East... Totaled 3,731 rushing yards and scored 45 touchdowns during his prep career... Earned All-Metro honors from the Kansas City Star as well as honorable mention all-state accolades from both the Topeka Capital-Journal and Wichita Eagle as a junior and senior... Also named first team All-Johnson County and All-Sunflower League in both 2005 and 2006... Rushed for 1,640 yards on 269 (6.10 YPC) carries with 18 touchdowns during 2006... Served as the Hawks’ team captain during 2006, helping lead East to an 8-3 record and a berth in the sectionals of the Kansas 6A playoffs... Totaled 1,821 yards and 23 TDs while leading East to the 6A state title game in 2005... Holds Olathe East’s school record for career rushing yards...
