Men's Basketball Student Early Entry Points Program

Early Entry Points Program

There are 3,000 seats available for tier 4 students after tiers 1, 2 and 3 enter the building.

The Early Entry Points Program is intended to encourage student attendance at all home games, while creating a priority entry system for selected men's basketball games at Bramlage Coliseum.

  • K-State student pass holders will earn early entry points for attending men’s basketball games.

  • The early entry points program will be implemented for the 7 p.m. Tuesday, January 22nd, K-State vs. KU men’s basketball game.
     
  • The final game to earn early entry points for the K-State vs. KU game will be the K-State vs. Oklahoma men’s basketball game Saturday, January 19.
     
  • To encourage student attendance to all home men’s basketball games there will be four early entry tiers.
     
  • The early entry tiers for the 7 p.m. Tuesday, January 22nd, K-State vs. KU men’s basketball game will be:
     
    • Tier 1: 12 Points (80 Total Students)
      • Tier 1 students will need to be in line by 4 p.m. for their early entry to Bramlage.
      • The line location for tier 1 will be in between the Basketball Training Facility and the East side of Bramlage.
      • Students in Tier 1 will need to pick up a wristband before entering their line-up location (Please see below for pick-up times & locations).
         
    • Tier 2: 11 to 8 Points (281 Total Students)
      • Tier 2 students will need to be in line by 4:15 p.m. for their early entry to Bramlage.
      • The line location for tier 2 will be on the NE ramp leading up to Bramlage.
      • Students in Tier 2 will need to pick up a wristband before entering their line-up location (Please see below for pick-up times & locations).
         
    • Tier 3: 7 to 5 Points (683 Total Students)
      • Tier 3 students will need to be in line by 4:45 p.m. for their early entry to Bramlage.
      • The line location for tier 3 will be on the East sidewalk of Bill Snyder Family Stadium.
      • Students in Tier 3 will need to pick up a wristband before entering their line-up location (Please see below for pick-up times & locations).
         
    • Tier 4: 4 to 0 Points (3,000 Open Seats! - Doors open at 5:15)
      • Tier 4 students will enter Bramlage starting at 5:15 p.m.
      • The line location for tier 4 will be inside gate V of Bill Snyder Family Stadium on the concourse.
      • Students in Tier 4 do not need to pick up a wristband before the game.
      • There are 3,000 seats available after tiers 1, 2 and 3 enter the building.
      • At this time the Athletics Department does not anticipate turning anyone away for the KU game.
Final Tier Map
  • Students who miss their tier’s entry-time because of a conflict will be directed to the end of the next tier.
     
  • Wristband pick-up times and locations for tiers 1, 2 and 3:
    • Monday from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. inside the Northeast entrance of Bramlage Coliseum.
    • Monday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the main entrance to the Basketball Training Facility.
    • Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the East ticket booth at Bill Snyder Family Stadium.
       
  • We strongly encourage all students to attend their normally scheduled classes.
     
  • We will not ask professors to reschedule exams or class times.
  • ICAT and GA members will enter Bramlage Coliseum at the same time based on their entry tier.
     
  • Seating for ICAT and GA members will still operate the same as all other games.
    • The ICAT sections will be held for ICAT members until 30 minutes before tip-off.
    • For the KU game after 6:30 p.m. any available seating in the ICAT sections will be opened up to GA pass holders.
    • For example a GA student pass holder in Tier 1 will enter Bramlage at the same time as a ICAT Tier 1 student, but the GA pass holder will not have access to the ICAT section until 6:30 p.m. The tiers only determine your entry time.
       
  • Students are not allowed to camp over night. Students will not be allowed on athletics property before 6 a.m.
Prohibited Items and Conduct
  • Alcohol is prohibited on the grounds of the KSU Sports Complex.
     
  • Use of portable heaters, propane or charcoal grills, and fire pits is prohibited.
     
  • Portable (folding) lawnchairs may be used in line, however household furniture (chairs, sofas, mattresses etc.), and gas powered generators are prohibited.
     
  • Any sort of tent is prohibited.
     
  • Students in line will be required to limit personal items to allow safe access to line space and all trash must be properly disposed.
     
  • At all times common courtesy and good sportsmanlike conduct will be expected.
     
  • Violation of rules or failure to follow instructions of the event staff or K-State Police may result in ejection from the line and premises.
