Nick Martini, Oakland Athletics
Martini, in his first year in the Oakland Athletics organization, started the season in Triple-A Nashville before making his Major League debut with the A's on June 6 against the Texas Rangers. He was called up again on June 23, when he collected his first career Major League hit with a pinch-hit go-ahead single in the eighth inning against the Chicago White Sox. Martini was again recalled by the Athletics on July 7 and is currently on the A's roster. On July 12 at Houston, Martini had a career day as he hit leadoff and went 3-for-5 with two doubles and three RBI. He has appeared in the last three games for the A's, going 1-for-3 with a run and two walks. With Nashville, Martini has a slash line of .308/.415/.436 in 73 games and was named a Pacific Coast League All-Star. He is currently on a 65-game on-base streak in Triple-A, the longest by a Nashville player in the PCL era and the longest active streak in professional baseball (second-longest in pro ball since 2009). The former All-American outfielder was a seventh-round selection of the St. Louis Cardinals in 2011.

Evan Marshall, Cleveland Indians
Marshall has split time in 2018 with the Cleveland Indians and Triple-A Columbus. In 10 relief outings for the Indians, has allowed six earned runs in seven innings (7.71 ERA) with nine strikeouts and four walks. Marshall has a 0.66 ERA (1 ER, 13.2 IP) in 11 outings for Columbus to go with 11 strikeouts and one walk issued. Marshall was recalled to the Indians' roster on June 17 but was placed on the disabled list with right elbow inflammation on June 19. Marshall was a fourth-round pick of the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2011.

Carlos Torres, Syracuse Chiefs (Triple-A, Washington Nationals)
Torres has split time this season between Triple-A Syracuse and the Washington Nationals. Currently on the Chiefs' roster, Torres has a 2.64 ERA (9 ER, 30.2 IP) in 23 appearances with a 2-2 record to go with 25 strikeouts and six walks. He has not allowed an earned run in six of his last seven outings, including three scoreless innings of one-hit ball on July 19 vs. Louisville. Since June 22, Torres has a 2.45 ERA (4 ER, 14.2 IP) in 10 games. Torres has appeared in 10 games this season for Washington, totaling 9 2/3 innings with a 6.52 ERA (7 ER). Torres was selected by the Chicago White Sox in the 15th round of the 2004 MLB Draft.

Nate Griep, Biloxi Shuckers (Double-A, Milwaukee Brewers)
Griep has advanced a level each year in his four seasons in Minor League Baseball, beginning the 2018 season with Double-A Biloxi. Griep leads the Southern League with 25 saves (28 opportunities), with the next-closest total in the league of 12. In 38 outings for the Shuckers, Griep has a 2-1 record with a 3.89 ERA (18 ER, 41.2 IP) to go with 40 strikeouts and opponents hitting .234 against him. Griep has picked up a win and a save in his last two appearances, totaling 3 1/3 innings without surrendering a hit with three strikeouts. Griep was an eighth-round selection by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 2015 MLB Draft.

Parker Rigler, Kannapolis Intimidators (Class-A Full Season, Chicago White Sox)
Rigler, a 31st round pick of the White Sox in 2017, was promoted to Kannapolis after spending last season with the Great Falls Voyagers (Rookie League). Rigler turned in four straight quality starts from June 22 to July 8 (all wins), allowing six earned runs over 25 2/3 innings. In his last start, Rigler went six innings and allowed three earned runs with three strikeouts in a loss at Hickory. In 19 appearances this season (all starts), Rigler is 6-4 with a 4.31 ERA (48 ER, 100.1 IP) with 86 strikeouts against 42 walks. Opponents are hitting .246 against him while he owns a WHIP of 1.35.

Josh Rolette, Lake County Captains (Class-A Full Season, Cleveland Indians)
Rolette has a slash line of .243/.333/.340 with two home runs, 11 RBI and four doubles in 34 games with Lake County this season. He has hit safely in his last three games and has 10 hits over his last 10 games overall. Rolette had a four-game hitting streak from July 7-12, including back-to-back two hit games. Rolette, who was taken in the 39th round of last year's Draft by Cleveland, appeared in just five games in 2017 for the Arizona League Indians, hitting .333 with a double and an RBI.

Jake Scudder, Hagerstown Suns (Class-A Full Season, Washington Nationals)
Scudder was promoted to the Hagerstown Suns after spending 2017 with the Auburn Doubledays (Class-A Short Season). In 52 games with the Suns this season, Scudder has a slash line of .232/.277/.374 with four home runs, 34 RBI and 15 doubles. He has base hits in eight of his last 10 games, recording 10 hits and four RBI in that stretch. Scudder was a 16th round selection by Washington in the 2017 MLB Draft.

Jordan Floyd, Idaho Falls Chukars (Rookie League, Kansas City Royals)
Floyd, entering his second season of Minor League Baseball, was assigned to the Idaho Falls Chukars of the Pioneer League on June 12. He has a 1-0 record in eight appearances with a 8.49 ERA (11 ER, 11.2 IP) with 11 strikeouts and four walks. Floyd is coming off back-to-back shutout appearances, allowing two hits over two innings. In 2017, the lefty went 2-3 with a 1.99 ERA (7 ER, 31.2 IP) in 16 appearances between the Burlington Royals and Arizona League Royals. Floyd was a 10th round selection by Kansas City in the 2017 MLB Draft.

Drew Mount, Billings Mustangs (Rookie League, Cincinnati Reds)
Mount was the only Wildcat taken in the 2018 MLB Draft, a 16th-round selection by Cincinnati. Mount was assigned to the Billings Mustangs (Rookie League) of the Pioneer League. In his professional debut on June 16 against Missoula, he went 1-for-3 with an RBI. In 30 games for Billings, Mount is hitting .210 with a .254 OBP and a .381 slugging percentage to go with four homers and 25 RBI. He homered in two straight games at Orem on July 21-22, driving in four runs in the three-game set. Mount was K-State's leader in home runs, RBI, triples and steals in his one season at K-State.

Rainer Ausmus, Woodstock River Bandits (Valley Baseball League)
Playing for the Woodstock (Virginia) River Bandits, Ausmus is hitting .217 (20-for-92) with a home run, five doubles, 10 RBI and 13 runs scored in 30 games. He has an on-base percentage of .371 while slugging .304 and has four hits over his last four games, going 2-for-4 with an RBI in his last game on July 21. Ausmus has also made four relief appearances on the mound, totaling five innings with six strikeouts. The River Bandits are 5-33 in the North Division of the Valley Baseball League standings.

Will Brennan, Falmouth Commodores (Cape Cod Baseball League)
Brennan has a slash line of .221/.291/.238 in 31 games for the Commodores. Brennan has two doubles and scored 14 runs with five runs batted in and 10 walks to go with eight steals. He has reached base safely in his last five games, driving in four with three multi-hit games in that span. The Commodores have won seven of their last 10 games and have a record of 19-15-1 in the West Division of the Cape Cod League.

Caleb Littlejim, El Dorado Broncos (Jayhawk League)
Littlejim owns a slash line of .247/.347/.294 to go with two doubles, a triple, 14 RBI and 16 runs scored in 21 games for the Broncos. Playing primarily at shortstop, Littlejim has hit safely in three of his last four games with four RBI in that span. He had a season-high four hits on June 30 in a 15-6 win over Great Bend. He has made one appearance on the mound, throwing a scoreless inning of relief on July 1 with one strikeout. El Dorado has a 15-20 record in the Jayhawk League.

Cameron Thompson, Harwich Mariners (Cape Cod Baseball League)
Thompson boasts a slash line of .340/.468/.400 with three doubles and two RBI in 16 games. He has 10 hits over his last 10 games, including a 3-for-5 effort with a double and two runs scored on June 26 in a 10-3 win over Cotuit. Thompson has scored seven times with two RBI and 11 walks this season. Thompson last played on July 8 and the Mariners are 16-18-2 in the East Division of the Cape Cod Baseball League.

Jordan Maxson, St. Joseph Mustangs (MINK League)
Maxson is hitting .279 (36-for-129) with nine doubles, two triples and 21 RBI in 38 games for the Mustangs. Maxson has a .375 OBP while slugging .380, drawing 21 walks over his 38 games played. Maxson has four multi-hit games over his last 10 games, with 11 RBI and seven extra-base hits over that stretch. Maxson went 3-for-5 with three RBI, a triple and three runs scored in a 13-4 win over Clarinda on July 23. St. Joseph is 18-21 record in the MINK North Division.

Brett Owen, Matsu Miners (Alaska Baseball League)
Owen is hitting .129 (4-for-31) over his first 15 games for the Miners of the Alaska Baseball League. Owen, who last played June 26, has a pair of RBI, scored five runs and drawn eight walks in helping Matsu to the top of the Alaska League standings with a 25-16 record.

Jaxon Passino, Woodstock River Bandits (Valley Baseball League)
Playing for the Woodstock (Virginia) River Bandits, Passino is hitting .200 with a .241 on-base percentage and a .200 slugging percentage with three RBI, five runs scored and a stolen base. Passino last played on June 17, scoring two runs and driving in two in a doubleheader with the Strasburg Express. He also made one relief appearance, going two innings and allowing one earned run with a strikeout.

Spurlin earned an all-star nod and has posted a slash line of .326/.376/.512 to go with 12 doubles, four homers and 23 runs batted in.
