Broadcast Times Announced for Preseason FB Special/Snyder Shows

MANHATTAN, Kan. – Wildcat fans can get a glimpse of the 2015 Wildcats beginning Saturday with the K-State Football Preseason Special as times for the show, in addition to the regular season Bill Snyder TV and Radio Shows, have been announced.

Voice of the Wildcats Wyatt Thompson will be joined by Coach Snyder to preview the season during the preseason special, while they will dissect the previous week’s game and preview the upcoming game during the regular-season shows.

A full schedule of the preseason special is listed below. It will air 15 times prior to K-State’s season-opener Saturday, Sept. 5, against South Dakota with two showings on Cox Channel Kansas this Saturday at 6 p.m., and 10:30 p.m. The show will air again on Cox Channel Kansas twice on Sunday and once per day Monday through next Saturday. On FOX Sports Midwest, the preseason special will air twice on Tuesday, Sept. 1, and Thursday, Sept. 4, with one more showing on Friday, Sept. 4.

During the regular season, the Bill Snyder TV Show will be aired on FOX Sports Midwest on Sundays at 10 p.m. (10:30 p.m., for Sept. 6), and on Cox Channel Kansas on Mondays at 10:30 p.m., and Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m.

The Bill Snyder Radio Show will debut next Thursday, Sept. 3, across the K-State Sports Network (click here for affiliates) as Thompson and Snyder preview South Dakota and take calls from listeners. The show will originate from the Steel & Pipe Company Team Theater on the third floor of the Vanier Family Football Complex.

The Wildcats kick off the 2015 season Saturday, September 5, with a 6:10 p.m., contest against South Dakota. The game will be shown world-wide on K-StateHD.TV beginning with “K-State Gameday” at 5:10 p.m., hosted by Brian Smoller and former K-State greats Ian Campbell and Nick Leckey.

All reserved seating for the first four home games is sold out as the Wildcats close in on a season sellout and run their consecutive sellout streak to 27 games. Only scattered single seats remain for the Baylor and West Virginia games, while general admission tickets are still available for the Iowa State game.  Standing-room only tickets are still available for every home game in 2015 with the exception of the Baylor contest.

Fans who wish to purchase standing-room only tickets and the remaining available seats for the Baylor, Iowa State and West Virginia games can do so by contacting the K-State Athletics Ticket Office at or 1-800-221-CATS.

For other reserved seating options, fans are encouraged to visit Vivid Seats, the official ticket reseller of K-State Athletics.  Fans can contact Vivid Seats at or by calling 1-866-848-8499.

Although reserved seating is sold out for a majority of the 2015 home games, visiting teams will have opportunities to return unused tickets up to a month prior to their visit. Stay tuned to for information regarding returned ticket availability. All returned tickets will be sold at the full public rate and season ticket wait list accounts will have first opportunity to purchase.
