Cheer Squad to Host Camp in April

MANHATTAN, Kan. – The Kansas State cheer team will host a camp in April for kids ages 4-12 as campers will have the opportunity to learn from the team as well as have the chance to perform at halftime at the annual Purple-White Spring Football Game.

The camp will be held Friday, April 22, from 6:00 p.m. to  8:15 p.m., in the Indoor Football Facility for both boys and girls ages 4-12. Parents of campers are asked to park in the upper west lot of the football stadium. The spring game is set to kickoff at 1:10 p.m. on Saturday, April 23.
 
The camp, which has a “Be True To Your School” theme, includes a camp shirt, bucket hat, DVD with K-State material, snack and entry to the spring football game. The Early Bird Registration fee is $40 until Friday, April 1 and $45 until Monday, April 18. The parents/family members of each camper must purchase tickets for $5 through the K-State Athletics Ticket Office, to attend the football game.
