Fog Cancels Primland Invitational

MEADOWS OF DAN, Va. – The Kansas State men’s golf team was unable to complete a round in the 2016 Primland Collegiate Invitational as the event was canceled by fog stalling both days of competition at the Highlands Course at Primland.

The 54-hole tournament was shortened to one round after Monday’s cancellation. Players struggled early Tuesday morning before the tournament was eventually called off.

The Wildcats will return to action in the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate beginning Friday, October 14th. The three-day tournament will be held at the Blackthorn Club in Jonesborough, Tennessee.
