K-State Invites Fans to Vote on Soccer Crest

Vote here now

MANHATTAN, Kan. – K-State fans have a unique opportunity to decide the official crest for K-State Soccer with an online vote on the K-State Sports Facebook page beginning today and ending at noon on Friday, Feb. 13.

"We are excited for K-State Soccer to have a unique brand that incorporates a classic and custom crest, which is a traditional element for soccer organizations around the world.," said head coach Mike Dibbini. "We look forward to seeing what the K-State Family decides, and appreciate the fans playing an integral part in the foundation of K-State Soccer."

Fans are asked to vote for one of three options (shown above) and the winning crest will be announced at the K-State-KU men’s basketball game on Monday, Feb. 23 in Bramlage Coliseum. Ten fans who participate in the voting will be selected at random and receive a free t-shirt with the new K-State Soccer crest.

Dibbini will be available to meet K-State fans on Wednesday, Feb. 4, prior to the K-State women’s basketball game against Texas during the celebration of National Girls and Women in Sports Day. Stop by the soccer table on the Bramlage Coliseum concourse to meet coach Dibbini and check out the three crest options.

Doors to Bramlage open at 5 p.m., for the 6 p.m., game that night. Tickets for the women’s basketball game can be purchased by calling (800) 221-CATS, visiting www.kstatesports.com/tickets or by stopping by the K-State Athletics ticket office in Bramlage Coliseum.
