The Wildcats’ starting lineup on Saturday was freshman guard Jacob Pullen, senior guard Blake Young, freshman guard Dominique Sutton, freshman forward Bill Walker and freshman forward Michael Beasley... Beasley and Young are the only two Wildcats to start in every game this season... It marks the second time that the Wildcats have used this starting five... K-State improves to 2-0 featuring this lineup.

The attendance for tonight’s game was 12,528... It is the sixth time that Kansas State has sold out this season... Season tickets are sold out for the second straight year... It was the ninth time that that the Wildcats appeared on national television... Their next appearance will be on Wednesday against Texas Tech on ESPN2 in Lubbock, Texas.

The Wildcats extended their home winning streak to seven straight in Big 12 play and 11 straight overall... Kansas State is now 13-1 at home.

With the 82-61 victory, the Wildcats recorded the most points in the Kansas State-Oklahoma State series since Feb. 17, 1987, an 81-60 victory in Manhattan... It is the fifth time that the Wildcats have recorded 50 or more rebounds in a game... The 75 field-goal attempts by Kansas State are the most since their 2006-07 season opener against William & Mary.

Kansas State held a 38-33 advantage at halftime... The Wildcats shot 15-of-37 (40.5 percent) from the field in the half compared to 10-of-27 (47.6 percent) for Oklahoma State... The Wildcats matched the Cowboys in three-point percentage (50.0 percent) as K-State shot 5-of-10 and Oklahoma State shot 6-12 beyond the arc... K-State pulled down 22 rebounds, to Oklahoma State’s 15... Furthermore, K-State held an advantage in offensive rebounds (13-3), points in the paint (18-6) and assists (9-5).

Beasley finished with 23 points and 13 rebounds... With a defensive rebound at the 13:26 mark in the second half, Beasley tabbed his 19th double-double of the season, setting a single-season school record for double-doubles in just the 22 game this season.

Pullen played 28 minutes and totaled 17 points on 5-of-12 shooting, including 5-of-7 behind the arc with just two turnovers... Pullen helped fuel the Cats 20-10 run at the 13:53 mark of the first half, scoring 12 points on 4-of-4 shooting beyond the arc... The native of Maywood, Ill., set a season high for three-point field goals in a game.

Kansas State’s largest lead of the contest was by 24 late in the game... Oklahoma State’s only lead of the game came with the first basket of the game... Frank Martin’s team converted 24 Cowboy turnovers into 26 points, while Oklahoma State scored 15 points off 14 K-State turnovers... Kansas State led Oklahoma State in second-chance points (28-7) and points in the paint (14-38).
