Cheer Squad to Host Kids Camp

MANHATTAN, Kan. – The Kansas State cheer squad will host a camp in April for kids ages 4-12 as campers will have the opportunity to learn from the team as well as cheer on the sidelines at the annual Purple-White spring football game.

For kids aged 4-7,the camp will be held Friday, April 25, from 5:30 p.m. until 8:15 p.m., in the Football Indoor Facility, while the camp for kids aged 8-12 will be Saturday, April 26 from 9 a.m. until 11:15 a.m. Parents of campers are asked to park in the upper west lot of the football stadium. The spring game is set to kickoff at 1:10 p.m.
The camp, which has a “Wildcats Under the Sea” theme, will cost $40 per camper and includes a camp shirt, beach ball, bag, snack and entry to the spring football game. The parents/family members of each camper must purchase tickets through the K-State Athletics Ticket Office, to attend the football game.
