SAAC to Host Special Olympics Clinic

MANHATTAN, Kan. The Kansas State Student-Athlete Advisory Committee is teaming up with Special Olympics Kansas to host a sports clinic on Sunday, April 13. The event will run from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. inside the football indoor practice facility.

Between 45-50 K-State student-athletes will put on the interactive clinic as stations will be held for volleyball, basketball, golf, rowing, football, and track.

Following the clinic, all Special Olympics Kansas athletes involved will attend the K-State vs. Baylor baseball game, where they will be recognized in the third inning.

The sports clinic is just one of many community service projects that allow Kansas State student-athletes to give back to the community in a positive and influential way.
