K-State Cheer Squad to Hold Spring Camp April 30

MANHATTAN, Kan. – The Kansas State cheer squad will hold a kid cheer camp on Saturday, April 30, in conjunction with the 2011 Purple/White spring game.

The camp, which will feature a western style theme, will be held from 9 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. inside the Brandeberry Indoor Complex behind Bramlage Coliseum. The camp is $40 per person and open to all kids who are in kindergarten through sixth grade.

The $40 registration fee includes a camp t-shirt, a cowboy or cowgirl hat, an opportunity to cheer at the afternoon Wildcat spring football game and a snack. Parents or family members of campers must purchase a $5 ticket to the spring football game to be admitted into the stadium.
