Rooming Information:
1. All players should be located on one floor in non-smoking rooms.
2. Please try to isolate the team from the rest of the hotel.  Inside rooms, away from recreation areas are best.
3. Security should be available 24 hours a day.
4. Staff (exception of coaches) should be located away from the players.
5. Incidentals should be shut off, including movies, phone calls out, mini bars, etc.

Keys:
1. Keys should be placed in individual envelopes/key holders for each person with their name on it.
2. Lay out keys alphabetically on two tables (one for players, one for staff), in an open area near the team entrance to the hotel.
3. Rooming list will designate:
a. Coaches
b. Players
c. Staff

Rooming List:
1. Please provide 25 copies of the rooming list to Abby Boustead on Friday afternoon by 1 p.m.
2. Do not provide room numbers to anyone other than Abby Boustead, Sean Snyder, or Ron Prince.

Wake-Up Calls:
1. Players, coaches and staff are responsible for their own wake-up calls.
2. Please turn off all calls other than room to room calls in all players rooms.  Turn off outgoing calls to all rooms.

Newspapers:
 Remove ALL newspapers from the hotel.  This includes the front desk, restaurants, rooms of players, coaches and staff, and any vending areas.

Sleeping Rooms:
 68 Queen Dbls
 8 Kings
 2 suites (Head Coach and University President or Athletic Director)

Meeting Spaces for Friday and Saturday:
1. One (1) large meeting room for the team meeting, offensive meetings, coaches' meetings, and chapel. (100 people)
2. One (1) large dining room (90 people)
3. One (1) meeting room for defensive meetings (40 people)
4. One (1) meeting room for taping/training needs. (see diagram)

Sports Medicine/Athletic Training Needs:
1. Six (6) dozen towels
2. Two (2) 46 quart chest coolers or buckets or trash cans for ice.
3. Two (2) empty 10 gallon coolers
4. Access to ice and a push cart to move.
5. Six (6) small trash cans
6. Four (4) tables for taping with the table top 36" - 40" off the floor, close to electrical outlets.

Restaurant/Incidental Charges:
 The ONLY person authorized to charge incidentals to the master account is Abby Boustead.

Dining Room Set-up:
1. Twelve (12) rounds of six (6) for the players
2. Five (5) rounds of six (6) for the staff
3. Place "reserved" signs on staff tables
4. Turn off all music
5. Set-up and ready to serve 10 minutes prior to scheduled time.
6. Players should be served first.
7. All items except dinner rolls, fresh fruit bowl, beverage station, and ice cream sundae bar should be placed on buffet tables.
8. Pre-set at each table - silverware (to include steak knives), glasses (2 per person), napkins, bucket of ice, pitchers of ice water, and condiments.
9. Self-serve beverage station, fresh whole fruit bowl and ice cream sundae bars should be set up in central location in dining room that is accessible to everyone.
10. Ample room should be allowed at each table so that team members eat comfortably.  Adequate number of servers should be used to ensure efficient service.
11. Serve Gatorade in 20 to 24 oz plastic bottles (2 per person).  Ice down to serve cold at the beverage station.
12. K-State will provide add'l power bars.

  • 10 o.z. (pre-cooked) 1x1 Top Sirloin center-cut strip steak (served med. well)
  • Baked chicken (breast, thigh, leg)
  • Baked ziti OR Spaghetti with marinara sauce (no meat)
  • String beans OR Vegetable Medley
  • Baked potato bar including: light sour cream, butter, chives, cheddar cheese
  • Dinner rolls
  • Condiments: butter, Heinz 57, A1, ketchup, grated parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, sugar, honey, sweet'n low
  • Beverages: Iced tea (unsweetened with lemon), containers of 2% and skim milk, Gatorade (20 or 24 oz plastic bottles - 2 per person), Ice water (pitchers on tables), Coffee and tea upon request.
  • Fresh, whole fruit station: Bananas, grapes, apples, oranges
  • Dessert: Ice Cream Sundae bar including: chocolate and vanilla ice cream, chocolate, caramel, and butterscotch syrup, chocolate sprinkles, and whipped cream.

  • Condiments: Peanut butter, grape jelly, mustard, ketchup, salt & pepper
  • Fresh breads: Hamburger buns, white bread, whole wheat bread, Kaiser rolls
  • Fresh fruit: Bananas, apples, oranges, grapes
  • Dessert bar: Large chocolate chip cookies (2 per person)
  • Beverages: Gatorade (20 or 24 oz. plastic bottles) and bottled water.

  • Fresh fruit compote: Cantaloupe, Honeydew, grapes, peaches, pineapple

  • Yogurt: Containers of low fat yogurt (blueberry, mixed berry, & strawberry)
  • Muffins: Blueberry, corn, and bran OR Granola bars: Oat and honey & Cinnamon (Nature Valley)
  • Power bars: to be supplied by K-State
  • Bagels: assorted fresh bagels (plain and cinnamon raisin)
  • Condiments: butter, assorted jam/jelly, cream cheese, sugar, honey, sweet'n low
  • Beverages: 12 oz. cans/bottles or containers of orange juice and grape or apple juice, containers of 2% and skim milk, Gatorade (20 or 24 oz plastic bottles - 2 per person), Ice water (pitchers on tables), Coffee and tea upon request.
    Set up coffee, hot tea, and hot cocoa at an area near the staff tables.  Station should include Styrofoam cups, cream, sugar, and sweet'n low.  Station should be set up and ready to serve 40 minutes prior to scheduled mealtime.

  • Pancakes (4 per person) OR French toast (4 per person)
  • Cold cereal: individual mini boxes of Raisin Bran, Shredded Wheat and Cheerios
  • Fresh, whole fruit station: Bananas, grapes, apples, oranges
  • Muffins: Corn, blueberry, and bran OR Granola bars: Oat and honey & Cinnamon (Nature Valley)
  • Power bars: to be supplied by K-State
  • Bagels & whole wheat bread: assorted fresh bagels (plain and cinnamon raisin) sliced & bread with toaster avail.
    Condiments: butter, assorted jam/jelly, maple syrup, ketchup, cream cheese, sugar, honey, sweet'n low, salt and pepper

  • Spaghetti with marinara sauce (no meat) OR Baked Ziti (whichever is not served on Friday night)
  • Pancakes OR  French toast (whichever is not served in the a.m.)
