MANHATTAN, Kan. – In a continuing effort to provide the best fan experience in the Big 12, K-State Athletics announced today a new website that will offer all current and prospective Ahearn Fund members an improved web experience.

“The generous contributions of all Ahearn Fund members have helped propel K-State Athletics to outstanding successes over the past year,” said Associate Athletics Director Chad Weiberg. “The new site was designed with all Wildcat and Ahearn Fund supporters in mind and the overall goal of improving the online and giving experience.”

The revamped website, designed by Director of Internet Services Dave Smoller, will include current Ahearn Fund news and dates of interest in a user-friendly display, ensuring fans and members never miss an event or important deadline. Beyond the aesthetic improvements, viewers can find profiles of coaches, current and former student-athletes, as well as Ahearn Fund members, all on the new

The direct support of Ahearn Fund members has enabled K-State to provide a world-class experience for all of its student-athletes and continue to see across-the-board success both on the field and in the classroom.

Kansas State student-athletes currently sit atop the Big 12 Conference in overall graduation rate for the fourth consecutive year and also scored record-high marks across the board in the most recent NCAA Academic Performance Ratings (APR).

On the field, K-State was one of just three schools across the nation in 2010-11 to have its football team in a bowl game, both basketball teams in the NCAA Tournament, its baseball team in an NCAA Regional, both track teams finish in the NCAA Top 25 and have a participant in the NCAA Tennis Championships.
