K-State at Omaha Cancelled Due to Rain

MANHATTAN, Kan. – Due to rain throughout the day in the Omaha area, tonight’s game between K-State and Omaha at Werner Park has been cancelled. No make-up date has been determined at this time.

The Wildcats return to the field this weekend at home when they host Baylor for a three-game Big 12 series. The entire set is loaded with promotions, starting with “Pack the Park” on Friday at 6:30 p.m. All tickets are only $1 while candy, chips and popcorn are $1 as well. On Saturday, fans can purchase $3 tickets for the 4 p.m. contest by showing their Purple/White Spring Game football ticket. In the series finale at 1 p.m. on Sunday, it is “Bark in the Park” where fans are invited to bring their dogs to the game. It is also Family Day, meaning there will be Willie’s Fun Zone before the game and postgame Kids Run the Bases. Fans can also purchase the Wildcat 4 Pack, which includes four general admission tickets and four helmet ice cream sundaes for $36.

Tickets for this weekend can be purchased in advance by visiting www.k-statesports.com/tickets, calling 1-800-221-CATS (2287), or stopping by the K-State Athletics Ticket Office in Bramlage Coliseum. Fans can also get tickets on gamedays at the Tointon Family Stadium ticket window starting one hour before first pitch.
