K-State Closing in on 27 Straight Sellouts

MANHATTAN, Kan. – Following a terrific first day of single game ticket sales, Kansas State is closing in on yet another season sellout for 2015, which would run its consecutive streak of filling Bill Snyder Family Stadium to 27 straight games, as a very limited number of tickets remain.

Department officials announced that 3,560 single-game tickets were sold on Monday, which were approximately 800 more tickets than were sold on last year’s opening day for single games.

Only a small number of scattered singles and standing-room-only (NE hill) remain for South Dakota, Louisiana Tech, TCU and Oklahoma games, while only scattered singles remain for the Baylor game (No SRO available due to Fort Riley Day). Fewer than 50 reserved seats reserved remain for the Iowa State game before scattered singles and SRO become all that is available, while less than 1,200 tickets are left for the season finale against West Virginia.

Remaining tickets may be purchased online at k-statesports.com, and beginning Wednesday can be purchased by calling the K-State Athletics Ticket Office at 800-221-CATS.

In addition, the multi-game combo package for $150 which included a ticket to three select groups of games have also all been sold.

Visiting teams will have opportunities to return unused tickets up to a month prior to their visit. Stay tuned to www.kstatesports.com for information regarding returned ticket availability.  All returned tickets will be sold at the full public rate and season ticket wait list accounts will have first opportunity to purchase.
