K-State to Host Winter Princess Night on Dec. 30

MANHATTAN, Kan. – As part of the 2015-16 women’s basketball Big 12 Conference opener against Iowa State at 7 p.m., on Wednesday, Dec. 30, K-State will host Winter Princess Night inside Bramlage Coliseum. Doors to Bramlage open at 6 p.m.

Winter Princess Night will feature free pregame activities including a photo booth with princess characters, a professional face painter and balloon artist, an edible snowman station, and a poster making station.

All kids are encouraged to dress up in their favorite princess costume for the game. Tickets for the game are just $8 for adults and $5 for youth, senior citizens and military personnel. K-State women’s basketball owns an 8-1 overall record, including a current four-game winning streak. K-State continues its five-game home stand on Saturday, Dec. 19, against Sam Houston State. Game time is 7 p.m.

For Saturday’s game, fans can purchase a general admission bench ticket for just $3 with the donation of a new toy at entrances to Bramlage Coliseum for Operation Santa benefitting families at Fort Riley.
