K-State Women's Soccer to Host Winter Camps

MANHATTAN, Kan. – Kansas State women’s soccer and head coach Mike Dibbini will host two Winter College ID Day camps, Sunday, January 24 and Sunday, February 21. Both camps will take place in the K-State Indoor Football Complex and will run from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Camps are open to any and all registrants that fall into the camps specified age group of girls 13 and older. The K-State women’s soccer camps will look to improve each campers’ skill level and knowledge of the game but develop concepts that each camper can take with them to their club or high school team. Each camper will be challenged in areas such as: technique, decision making and specific position training.
The camps will feature an opening session from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m., a break for lunch, a parent question and answer session from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., and a second session from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. The campers will take part in the following drills and activities during their sessions: technical/tactical/small sided games, active dynamic warm-up each day, matrix small sided tournament and 11v11 competition at the end of each day. Goalkeepers will be guided by a licensed goalkeeper coach.

The cost of the Winter College ID Days Camps is $105 per camper and each camper will receive a K-State Soccer t-shirt and an exclusive K-State soccer ball. A team discount of $10 off per camper (minimum 10 campers) is available, as well as a $10 sibling discount. There is a $50 nonrefundable deposit for a cancelled registrations. No refunds will be given one week prior to camp.
