Radio Coverage Details Announced for Saturday
MANHATTAN, Kan. – K-State Athletics and K-State Sports Network officials announced today full radio coverage details for Saturday’s busy day of Wildcat football, men’s basketball and women’s basketball contests.
All markets that regularly carry K-State Football will provide full coverage of the AutoZone Liberty Bowl with the pre-game show beginning at 12:30 p.m. Many of these stations will also carry the K-State men’s basketball broadcast vs. West Virginia beginning at 10 a.m. (11 a.m. tip) and then switch over at 12:30 p.m.
The following large market stations will be carrying the men’s basketball broadcast in its entirety:
Kansas City: 1510 AM and 99.3 FM
Manhattan: 1350 AM
Topeka: 1490 AM
Salina: 1150 AM
Wichita: 1480 AM
As always, complete coverage of men’s basketball will be available for free via k-statesports.com, the K-State Gameday App and the TuneIn App. Complete coverage of the men’s basketball broadcast will be carried on Sirius channel 145 and XM channel 199, while full coverage of the bowl game broadcast will be provided by ESPN Radio on Sirius XM channel 80.
Radio coverage of the 1 p.m. women’s basketball game at TCU on Jan. 2, will be on-line only at k-statesports.com.
