Single-Game Tickets Now Available, Promotions Schedule Announced

MANHATTAN, Kan. – K-State Athletics officials announced the on-sale date for single-game tickets as well as the entire promotions schedule for the 29-game home slate at Tointon Family Stadium.

Wildcat fans will have their first opportunity to purchase single-game tickets starting today (February 15) – 18 days away from the home opener on March 4 against Arkansas-Pine Bluff.

Ticket prices remain unchanged for the third straight season, with tickets starting at $5 for youth (ages 12 and under), senior citizens and military personnel. Adult general admission Cat Cushion tickets are $8. 
 
To purchase tickets, both single-game and season, fans can click here, call 1-800-221-CATS (2287), or stop by the K-State Athletics Ticket Office in Bramlage Coliseum. Single-game tickets are also available on game days, with the ticket window at Tointon Family Stadium opening one hour before first pitch.

Several exciting promotions return for Wildcat fans in 2016, including Pack the Park on Friday, April 22 against Baylor. All tickets are $1 for the 6:35 p.m. game while select concession items will also be available for $1.

The series opener against Baylor is the first of a big weekend for promotions at Tointon Family Stadium as on Saturday, April 23, fans can take part in Wildcat Weekend by showing their K-State football spring game ticket to purchase a $3 general admission ticket to the 4:05 p.m. baseball game. Also, on Sunday, April 24, Bark in the Park offers Wildcat fans and their dogs the opportunity to enjoy the 1:05 p.m. matchup against the Bears.

Fans do not have to wait until April, though, to enjoy value-packed promotions. On Opening Day (March 4), $1 hot dogs will be available while supplies last. The $1 hot dog deal later returns on March 25 against Oklahoma State, part of the Wildcats’ first Big 12 home series.

In the home conference series against Texas, the first 150 Wildcat fans will receive a free t-shirt to help “Black Out Tointon” on Friday, April 8. The team will also wear their black uniforms in the series opener against the Longhorns.

On April 10, the first 150 fans will receive a free camouflage K-State hat for Fan Appreciation Day. 

The promotions carry throughout the entire season as in the final home series against KU there will be Ladies Night on Friday, May 13. A special ticket deal will include a K-State charm, a drink voucher and access to a pre-game event. The Ladies Night ticket package is expected to sell out and is available for advance-purchase only for $15.

A recurring promotion, every Sunday home game will be Family Day. Wildcat fans can enjoy a variety of activities throughout the afternoon, from Willie’s Fun Zone which features free yard games, Willie autographs as well as postgame Kids Run the Bases. Also, Sundays will feature the popular ticket deal, the Wildcat 4 Pack, which includes four general admission Cat Cushion tickets, four hot dogs, 4 four bags of chips and four drinks for $34 during the month of March. For Sundays in April and May, the Wildcat 4 Pack becomes a deal featuring four tickets and four helmet sundaes.

The Wildcats open their 2016 season with an eight-game road trip, taking on UC Riverside in a four-game set February 19-22 and then heading to Surprise, Arizona to face Oregon State and Utah for two games each. After the 11 days on the road, K-State will have a month of March in which it is scheduled to play 17 home games, including a 12-game homestand March 4-20.

K-State returns 14 letterwinners from last year’s team that reached the Big 12 Baseball Championship, the program’s eighth trip to the postseason tournament in the last nine years. Eight seniors, the most for K-State since 2006, highlight the group of returners.
