Carol Robinson Winter Pentathlon

Date and Time: Friday, December 9th, 2011
                       Men’s Pentathlon begins at 10:00 a.m.
                       Women’s Pentathlon begins at 10:30 a.m.

Place: All events will be held in Ahearn Field House on the Ward Haylett Track. Our track surface is Rekortan and our shot put ring is concrete.

Eligibility: This competition is open and by invitation. The field will be limited to a maximum of twelve competitors. The field will be selected from the scores entered in the meet. Entry scores must be submitted with a copy of meet results for verification.

DUE TO NEW NCAA LEGISTLATION NO HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES ARE ALLOWED TO COMPETE!

NEW NCAA LEGISLATION: NCAA Division I and II must obtain TFRRS ID’s for all team members before entering the meet. Go to www.tfrrs.org and follow  instructions. You will be able to download your team roster and TFRRS ID numbers into the meet entry website.

New NCAA Rule: Section 1. Misconduct: Misconduct is any act of dishonesty, unsportsmanlike conduct, unprofessional behavior or breach of law occurring at the locale of the competition or warm-up, that discredits the event or intercollegiate athletics. Misconduct includes the intentional reporting of false marks for entry purposes. Acts of misconduct are subject to reprimand or ejection by the referee or meet management.

Entries: Entries must be done ONLINE. Entries will open  Wednesday, November 23rd, 2011, and close Monday December 5th,2011 12:00pm. Accepted entries will be emailed Tuesday, December 6th. You must have corresponding TFRRS ID numbers for all athletes that are trying to qualify for NCAA I and II National Championships. Make sure the email address on your entry is working.

Entry Fee: There is a $15.00 entry fee per athlete. Entry Fee can be paid at Event check-in in the gymnasium next to the indoor track. Checks should be made payable to: Kansas State Track – Foundation.
