MANHATTAN, Kan. – Just two weeks prior to the Kansas State baseball home opener, fans can make plans to attend multiple games at Tointon Family Stadium with the release of single-game ticket pricing and promotional information for the 2012 season.

Over the last three seasons, K-State has ranked in the top 50 nationally in home attendance, while the Wildcats have produced a 68-21 record at Tointon Family Stadium since 2009.

Single-game tickets go on sale Monday through the K-State Athletics Ticket Office. Fans can purchase tickets online at www.k-statesports.com/tickets, by phone at 1-800-221-CATS, or in person at the ticket office inside Bramlage Coliseum.

Season tickets in the reserved chairback sections have sold out and will not be available on a single-game basis. General admission chairback seating in Sections 6 and 8 above the concourse are available for $10 per game.

Adult general admission bench tickets in Sections 4, 5, 9 and 10 are priced at $8 per game, while youth, senior citizens and military personnel can purchase single-game tickets for $5.

Another special event at Tointon Family Stadium this season is Military Appreciation Day for the Baylor game on Friday, April 13, when K-State baseball will celebrate its Fort Riley partnership with the 2-16 Rangers. Active and retired military personnel can purchase a $3 general admission bench ticket with a valid military ID. For this game, as well as every Sunday game this season, K-State will wear special camouflage uniforms.

Bring Your Dog to the Ballpark Day is slated for Sunday, April 29, when the Wildcats take on Oklahoma State. The first 100 dogs will receive a free K-State dog food bowl.
