Weekend Baseball Schedule Changed

MANHATTAN, Kan. Due to the threat of rain on Saturday in the Manhattan area, this weekend’s baseball series schedule between Kansas State and Niagara has been changed.


Saturday was originally schedule to be a doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m., but the teams will now play two games on Friday, beginning at 3 p.m. The two teams will then play a single game on Saturday with first pitch being moved from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., while Sunday’s series finale will remain an 11 a.m. start time.


Listeners in the Manhattan area can hear both games on Friday on SportsRadio 1350 KMAN with Matt Walters and Rob Voelker calling the action. Sunday’s game will also be broadcasted on KMAN with Brian Smoller joining Walters in the booth. A live webcast of Sunday’s game will also available at www.k-statesports.com.
