K-State Announces Fan Friday Promotion

MANHATTAN, Kan. – With Kansas State’s first Friday home contest a few days away, the K-State Athletics Department announces a weekly “Fan Friday” promotion in conjunction with each Friday home game throughout the 2013 season.

The morning of each Friday home game, K-State Athletics will place a pair of general admission chairback tickets inside one of the three Commerce Bank locations in Manhattan. K-State will post clues regarding the whereabouts of the tickets to its Twitter (@kstatesports) and Facebook (/kstatesports) accounts beginning at 9 a.m. The tickets will be awarded to the first fan to find the tickets in the branch.

Fans can always purchase single-game tickets beginning at $5 for youth and $8 for adults. Tickets can be purchased online at www.k-statesports.com/tickets, by phone at 1-800-221-CATS or at the K-State Athletics Ticket office inside Bramlage Coliseum. Tickets may also be purchased on game day at the Tointon Family Stadium box office beginning one hour prior to game time.

K-State will take on 21st-ranked Cal Poly in a three-game series, Friday through Sunday, at Tointon Family Stadium. Friday’s contest is scheduled for 3 p.m., while the series concludes with a 2 p.m., contest Saturday and an 11 a.m., game Sunday morning. All three games will be broadcast world-wide on K-StateHD.TV. The Friday and Sunday games will be aired in the Manhattan area on SportsRadio 1350 KMAN, while free live audio of all three games are available online at both www.k-statesports.com and www.1350kman.com.
