The Wildcats will end its season-long eight-game homestand with a three-game series against Missouri St. from March 13-15 ... K-State is 4-1 so far during the current homestand, sweeping Santa Clara in a three-game set over the weekend and splitting the two-game series against Creighton on Tuesday and Wednesday ... Missouri St. arrives in Manhattan on a three-game winning streak, with a pair of wins against Wright St. over the weekend and a midweek victory against Arkansas St. this past Wednesday ... K-State and Missouri St. last met in 2014 in a neutral site game in Abilene, Texas on March 1 (K-State won, 8-3) ... This weekend will mark the first time that the Wildcats and Bears meet in a series.

K-State managed to stretch its winning streak to a season-high four games after beating Creighton, 10-5, on Tuesday, but the Wildcats fell to the Bluejays, 6-3, on Wednesday to split the two-game series ... The Wildcats scored runs in 6 straight innings in game one, opening up as much as a 6-run lead after capping their scoring with 2 runs in the seventh inning ...
