K-State Athletics

MANHATTAN, Kan. – K-State Baseball has adjusted its schedule for this weekend’s three-game series against Northern Colorado at Tointon Family Stadium due to low temperatures and near-freezing wind chills forecasted for Sunday, March 16.

K-State and Northern Colorado will reschedule the series finale and play a doubleheader on Saturday, March 15, with the first game beginning at 2 pm. The second game of the twin bill will follow approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first game. The first game of the series remains as scheduled for tonight at 6:30 pm.

Tickets already purchased for Sunday’s game may be used for Saturday’s games. The Wildcat 4 Pack ticket deal is now available for purchase for Saturday’s doubleheader instead of the originally scheduled date of Sunday. Other Sunday promotions, Willie’s Fun Zone and Kids Run The Bases promotions, are canceled for the weekend.

Tickets for all three games are available by calling 1-800-221-CATS, going online at k-statesports.com/tickets, or stopping by the K-State Athletics Ticket Office at Bramlage Coliseum.

All three games can also be watched live on K-StateHD.TV or heard on News Radio 1350 KMAN, www.1350kman.com or www.k-statesports.com.
