Baseball Announces Plans For Alumni Weekend

MANHATTAN, Kan. The Kansas State Baseball program announced Friday events for its Fifth Annual Spring Alumni Weekend in conjunction with the Big 12 series against Baylor on Friday, April 11, and Saturday, April 12.


Friday’s activities include a golf tournament at Stagg Hill Golf Club and free admission to the game against the Bears, which begins at 6:30 p.m. Alumni will get their opportunity to take the field Saturday morning as they will take part in batting practice, followed by a tailgate in Cat Town. The Alumni will then have their own party on the patio down the first base line during Saturday’s contest between K-State and Baylor, which begins at 2 p.m.


Baseball alumni are encouraged to sign up as soon as they can to reserve their spot for an exciting weekend. Friday, April 11

11:00 a.m.             Golf Check-In at Stagg Hill Golf Club ($35.00 per player)

11:15 a.m.             Tee Times Begin

6:30 p.m.               Baylor at Kansas State



Saturday, April 12

10:30 a.m.             Alumni Batting Practice (Bring work-out clothes and glove to shag balls)

11:30 a.m.             Tailgate in Cat Town

2:00 p.m.               Baylor at Kansas State (Alumni Patio Party down first base line)
