Televised Games Added to Baseball Schedule

WACO, Texas The Kansas State baseball program received word Saturday that a pair of games against Missouri Valley Conference opponents will be televised this season.

A national broadcast was added as Kansas State’s game at Creighton on April 1 will be televised on CBS College Sports. The game, which will be played at Rosenblatt Stadium, marks the second straight year the two teams will be televised by the network.

K-State’s game against Wichita State on April 14 will be televised on Cox Communication’s Kansas 22 as part of the Shockers’ television package. Listeners can also hear that game on the K-State Sports Network, replacing last Friday’s game against Oklahoma as part of the five-game schedule.
