Friday Baseball Suspended

STILLWATER, Okla. Due to rain in the Stillwater area, Friday’s nightcap of a day-night doubleheader between Kansas State and Oklahoma State has been suspended.

Kansas State, which won the first game of the twin bill, led the second game, 3-2, in the top of the seventh inning and had a runner on third with two outs when heavy rains overtook Allie P. Reynolds Stadium.

The two teams will attempt to finish the contest on Saturday beginning at 2 p.m. with the third game of the series slated to begin approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the suspended game.
