On Saturday, K-State will honor its 4 seniors before the game with Senior Day ... Mark Biesma, Max Brown, Shane Conlon and Carter Yagi will all be recognized ... Biesma is in his first year with K-State after attending Washburn for the last 3 years ... Both Brown and Yagi are in their second years as both transferred from junior colleges ... Conlon, who graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences in December 2014 and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Student Development, has played for K-State since 2011.

The redshirt senior has played in 203 games, which is the eighth-highest total in K-State history ... He has played in 187 games as a position player and 16 solely as a pitcher ... The first baseman also owns the Wildcat record for career putouts with 1,606 (next closest: Mark English with 1,190 from 1998-2001) ... He registered his 200th career hit this past Tuesday, making him the 18th Wildcat in school history to reach that milestone ... Of his 200 hits, 149 are singles, 34 are doubles, 7 are triples and 10 are home runs ... He has been hit by a pitch 34 times in his career, which is tied for the fourth-highest total in school history ... He is tied for 10th with 16 sacrifice bunts as well.

Over his last 9 games, Shane Conlon is hitting .406 (13-for-32) with a .500 OBP and 4 RBIs ... The first baseman, who missed 5 games from April 28-May 3, has 4 multi-hit games over the stretch, including 2 in his last 3 games ...
