Miscellaneous Notes
•    With today’s win, K-State is now 1,545-1,084 all-time in program history.
•    K-State is now 313-98 all-time at Bramlage Coliseum, including 120-79 in conference play.
•    Head coach Bruce Weber is now 356-170 in his career and 43-15 in his second season at K-State.
•    With the win today, K-State has won 12 straight at home, which is tied for the 3rd longest win streak in Bramlage Coliseum.
•    K-State is now 29-2 at home under Weber, including 13-1 in Big 12 play.
•    K-State is now 117-19 overall at home since 2006-07, including 48-15 at home in Big 12 play.
•    K-State has now won 8 of its last 11 meetings against ranked teams at Bramlage Coliseum, including wins over No. 6 Oklahoma State, No. 25 Oklahoma and No. 15 Texas… It marked the 26th win over a Top 25 team in Bramlage Coliseum history.
•    Tonight’s match-up marked the 28th meeting between the two schools… The Wildcats now hold 17-11 record all time against the Longhorns and Bruce Weber improves to 3-1 vs. Texas.
•    K-State has now won eight of the past 11 meetings with Texas, including a four wins in the last six at Bramlage Coliseum dating back to 2009.
•    The Wildcats’ starting lineup consisted of freshman guard Marcus Foster, senior guard Will Spradling, senior guard Shane Southwell, freshman forward Wesley Iwundu and junior forward Thomas Gipson… This is the 18th time K-State has used this starting lineup this season and now holds a 14-4 record with this starting five.

Team Notes
•    K-State has scored 70 or more points in 10 of the last 14 games, including 6 times in Big 12 play.
•    K-State connected on 52.8 percent (28-of-53) from the field, including 50 percent (8-of-16) from 3-point range… It marked the 5th time this season that the Wildcats have shot 50 percent or better from the field, including 2nd time when shooting 50 percent or better in both halves.
•    K-State continued to share the ball at a high rate, dishing out 21 assists on 28 made field goals – the Wildcats lead the Big 12 in assist-to-field goals success rate at 63.1 percent (349 of 553).  
•    K-State’s stellar defense was on display again, holding Texas to its lowest point total of the season at 57 points on its second-lowest field goal percentage at 32.7 percent (18-of-55).
•    K-State has now held 28 opponents to 60 points or less under Weber with an impressive 26-2 record in those games, including a perfect 12-0 this season.
•    K-State`s defense forced Texas into 18 turnovers in the game, tied with the most turnovers forced this season for the Wildcats… K-State scored a season-high 26 points off those turnovers.
•    As a team, the Wildcats had 13 steals, which also a season high.  
•    Despite being out rebounded in the game, 29-35, the Wildcats still outscored the Longhorns in the paint, 34-16… The Wildcats have now outscored 14 opponents in the paint this season.
•    K-State led the Longhorns by 21 at the half - 39-18 - and improves to 14-1 this season when leading at the half, and are 38-2 under Coach Weber.
•    As a team, the Wildcats had four blocked shots on the night, one short of a season high.

Individual Notes
•    Freshman Marcus Foster recorded a career-high 34 points on 13-of-16 field goals, including 5-of-8 from 3-point range, and 3-of-4 from free throw line… Only two other freshmen – Mike Evans and Michael Beasley – have scored 30 or more points in a game in K-State history…
•    Foster’s performance was the first 30-point game since Michael Beasley scored 39 against Kansas on March 1, 2008… Overall, his 34 points were the most by a Wildcat since Jacob Pullen scored 38 points against Wisconsin in the NCAA Tournament on March 19, 2011.
•    Only six freshmen in Big 12 history have scored more points than Foster in a single game… This is the 18th time that Foster has scored in double figures and the 6th time in Big 12 play.
•    Freshman Wesley Iwundu scored 8 points to go along with a career-high 8 assists and career-high 3 steals… Iwundu scored his 8 points on 3-of-7 from the field.
•    Senior Will Spradling had another solid game, scoring 9 points on 3-of-4 field goals, including 3-of-3 from 3-point range, to go with a career-high 4 steals and 3 assists.
•    Sophomore D.J. Johnson also scored 8 points, with a perfect 3-of-3 shooting from the field and adding 2 rebounds and 1 steal.
•    Junior Thomas Gipson led the team in rebounds with 11… This is the 12th time this season that Gipson has led the Wildcats in rebounding… He has now posted double-digit rebounds in 8 career games, including the 3rd time this season.
