FSKC to Replay Unaired Game Twice

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Fox Sports Kansas City on Monday night will air a tape-delayed telecast of Sunday's K-State win over South Dakota.  Sunday's game did not air live as scheduled on FSKC because of transmission difficulties.  The satellite uplink truck, which is provided to Fox Sports Kansas City by a third party, did not arrive to Manhattan on time.  Furthermore, backup equipment did not operate properly due to the extreme cold temperatures.

"We were unable to show Sunday's game live as planned because of a problem with the satellite uplink facilities provided by a third party," said Fox Sports Kansas City General Manager and Senior Vice President Jack Donovan.  "We apologize to K-State fans who planned to watch the Wildcats live on TV Sunday afternoon.  Fans will have an opportunity to see Sunday's win when Fox Sports Kansas City replays the game on tape delay on Monday night."

The game will air twice this week, first on Monday night at 10 p.m. CT and then again on Tuesday at 1 p.m. CT on FOX Sports Kansas City and its affiliates.  The replays can also be found on DirecTV Channel 671, Dish Network Channel 418 and AT&T U-Verse Channel 748.
