Tickets Available for Iowa State Game

MANHATTAN, Kan. Approximately 500 unused tickets from the student allotment will be released Monday to the public for Kansas State’s men’s basketball game against Iowa State on Tuesday.

 

Tickets are priced at $20 each and will go on sale beginning at 9 a.m., Monday at the Athletics Ticket Office in Bramlage Coliseum.  Orders will also be accepted in-person or by phone at (800) 221.CATS or locally (785) 532.7606.  The tickets are for general admission seating in Sections 21-25 of the arena.

 

Seating is also available in other locations for $30 each in reserved sections or $35 each in chairback areas.  Tipoff is scheduled for 7:10 p.m.

 

The Wildcats (14-7, 3-4 Big 12), which have won three straight in Big 12 play after starting with four consecutive losses, are coming off an 85-81 upset of No. 11 Texas at the Erwin Center in Austin, Texas.  The victory snapped the Longhorns’ 19-game homecourt winning streak, including its 14-game streak in Big 12 play.  Junior Denis Clemente tied the Big 12 record with 44 points and was named the ESPN.com National Player of the Week on Sunday.
