MANHATTAN, Kan. – K-State athletics officials have put approximately 500 general admission tickets on sale for Wednesday’s Big 12 contest with Nebraska.

The general admission tickets, which are located in Section 21-25, are priced at $20 each.  They will begin selling online tonight at 7 p.m. at and continue Wednesday morning at 8:30 a.m., by calling the Athletics Ticket Office toll free at (800) 221.CATS (2287) or in-person at Bramlage Coliseum.

Also, due to the wintry weather in the Manhattan area, the athletics department announced that there will be no charge for general admission parking in either the east or west lots of Bramlage Coliseum.

“With the significant weather we have experienced, we encourage all fans to allow for extra time in traveling to Bramlage and be cautious on the roads,” said Athletics Director John Currie. “Parking for the game will be free to help with traffic control and to be of a service to our fans. Coach Martin and our team are continuing to practice and work hard every day, and we need Bramlage packed and loud Wednesday night.”

The Wildcats (14-8, 2-5 Big 12) carry an eight-game winning streak in the month of February into tomorrow’s game against a surging Nebraska squad (15-5, 3-3 Big 12), which is coming off a 57-48 win over then No. 13/11 Texas A&M last Saturday at home.
