Clemente On ESPN2's College Basketball Final

MANHATTAN, Kan. - Senior guard Denis Clemente will be a guest on ESPN2's College Basketball Final Sunday night at 10:30 p.m. CT.

A popular ESPN show, "College Basketball Final" is a 30-minute talk show on ESPN2 on Sundays that discusses all the latest news in the world of college basketball. 

The senior captain will also tape a segment for use on ESPN Deportes entirely in his native language of Spanish.

Clemente has helped guide the Wildcats to 24-4 overall record and an 11-3 mark in Big 12 after posting their seventh straight Big 12 win on Saturday night against Missouri.  The 24 overall wins and the 11 conference victories are the most in the Big 12 era and the most since the 1987-88 squad posted a 25-9 overall record and an 11-3 mark in Big Eight play.  The 24 wins tie for the third-most in school history.

The two-time Phillips 66 Big 12 Player of the Week, Clemente is the team's second leading scorer at 15.8 points per game on 39.3 percent shooting and has scored in double figures in 25 of 28 games.  He leads the squad in assists (4.1) and field goals (149), while he is second in 3-point field goals (65).  He ranks fourth all-time in  school history in scoring by a transfer with 923 points.  

No. 6/6 Kansas State returns to action on Wednesday night, as the Wildcats travel to Lawrence, Kan., to face archrival and No. 1/1 Kansas (27-2, 13-1 Big 12) at 7 p.m. CT.  The game will be broadcast on the Big 12 Network.
