MANHATTAN, Kan. – Senior Jacob Pullen has been cleared for Saturday’s game with Iowa State after sustaining an injury in the second half of Kansas State’s 75-70 win over No. 7/8 Texas on Monday night.

After further medical examination on Tuesday, it was confirmed that he has a bruised right hand.  However, the injury will not cause him to miss any practices or games.

Also, head coach Frank Martin was resting comfortably Tuesday after undergoing successful arthroscopic surgery on his right knee to repair torn cartilage.  It is anticipated Martin will participate in practice on Wednesday and will be on the sideline for the Iowa State game.

Kansas State (21-9, 9-6 Big 12) will conclude the regular season schedule on Saturday, as the Wildcats host Iowa State (15-14, 2-12 Big 12) at 12:30 p.m. CT on Bramlage Coliseum.  It will be the final regular season home game for Pullen and fellow senior Curtis Kelly, who will be honored in a pre-game ceremony.
