Football at Louisville Moved to ESPN2

MANHATTAN, Kan. The Kansas State Athletics Department received word Monday from ESPN that the Wildcats’ non-conference football game at Louisville, originally scheduled for September 20, has been moved to Wednesday, September 17, for an ESPN2 national broadcast.

Kickoff has been set for 7 p.m. CT at Louisville’s Papa John’s Stadium.

The game will mark the first time since 1994 that Kansas State has played a regular season game during the week as the Wildcats traveled to No. 19 Kansas on Thursday, October 6, in a game televised nationally by ESPN. K-State won that matchup, 21-13.

K-State, which played two games on ESPN2 a year ago, is 9-5 all-time when playing on either ESPN or ESPN2.
