Spots Remain for Football 101 for Women

Football 101 has been a fan-favorite for the past two seasons and is an opportunity for K-State’s female fans to learn the basics of college football straight from the Wildcat coaching staff.

Coach Prince and the Wildcat coaching staff will guide participants through the strategies of offense, defense and special teams, explain the rules of the game and the signals used by Big 12 officials and discuss the equipment the players wear on game day.

The clinic will also provide participants with several interactive learning opportunities and on-the-field demonstrations designed specifically to make the female fans of the Wildcat Nation the most football savvy in the country.

The fee to attend K-State’s Football 101 for Women clinic is $60 plus an online registration fee of $7.27, which includes a souvenir gift for the participants, a certificate of completion and complimentary cocktails and appetizers. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to attend.
