MANHATTAN, Kan. – Following a season that saw K-State become one of only five schools in the nation to appear in a bowl game and earn wins in the NCAA Volleyball, Men’s Basketball and Women’s Basketball Tournaments, excitement is already building toward the upcoming year as K-State Athletics and the Student Governing Association announced today that student athletics passes for the 2012-13 season are now on sale to all students.

For the first time ever, all returning students will be able to order their passes on ISIS at the same time, even before they are eligible to register for classes.

“Thanks to the passion and support of our students, K-State is developing a national reputation for a game-day atmosphere that is second to none," said Athletics Director John Currie. “Our coaches and student-athletes truly appreciate the home field advantage provided by K-State students, who also drive the atmosphere creating the best Fan Experience in the Big 12 for all our patrons."

Student pass pricing will remain unchanged from the last two seasons and all student tickets will be loaded on to an access card distributed to pass-holders during the first two weeks of classes. Students wishing to purchase an ICAT combo can do so for $295. ICAT pass-holders receive midfield seating in sections 24 and 25 at Bill Snyder Family Stadium for football home games and midcourt seating in sections 18 to 21 for home basketball games in Bramlage Coliseum. ICAT pass-holders also receive an official ICAT t-shirt and early entry for home basketball contests.

“The enthusiasm for K-State Athletics on campus is truly remarkable,” said newly re-elected student body President Nate Spriggs. “SGA is excited to continue working with the athletics department on building student support and we believe having passes available to all returning students on Monday will be a welcomed improvement for K-State students.”

General Admission Combo passes are $235 with seating in sections 26, 27 and 28 at home football games and sections 22 to 25 for home men’s basketball contests. General Admission Football-only passes are also available for $150. The charge to replace a lost access card will be $50.

ICAT pass-holders will be eligible for prize drawings throughout the sales period, while all students who register for their pass before April 25 will receive a complimentary game ticket and an invitation to a special student pass-holder tailgate for the 2012 Purple-White Spring Game on April 28.

Students may order their passes on iSIS and will be charged on their student accounts. To order, students can log into their account on iSIS at isis.k-state.edu. Click Self Service and then select Athletic Tickets under the Marketplace folder. Students who do not pay for their athletic pass before classes begin in August, or who do not enroll in classes for the Fall 2012 semester will not be eligible to pick up a pass.

Student passes offer premium seating and a considerable discount over general public season tickets. Students interested in purchasing a guaranteed ticket in a reserved section can do so by ordering tickets at the general public rate through the K-State Athletic Ticket Office.
