Spring Game to Air on 13 Radio Stations

MANHATTAN, Kan. Kansas State’s 2007 spring football game on Saturday, April 21, will be broadcast live on radio over 13 stations across the state of Kansas and in the Kansas City Metro area, K-State Sports Network officials announced Thursday afternoon.

A special spring game pre-game show will kick off the broadcast at 5:30 p.m. Game time is slated for 6 p.m.

The voice of the Wildcats, Wyatt Thompson, and former K-State quarterback Stan Weber will call the action with Matt Walters providing updates from the sidelines. Head football coach Ron Prince will also take part in the broadcast for the second straight year as a color analyst during the first half.
