MANHATTAN, Kan. - Thanks to a great response from Wildcat Nation, the K-State Family Reunion on September 5 has eclipsed the 40,000 mark in ticket sales as kickoff between the Wildcats and UMass Minutemen approaches.

"I appreciate the fantastic response of Wildcat fans to the new ticket initiatives for this season," Athletics Director John Currie said. "We are looking forward to seeing Bill Snyder Family Stadium full of purple on September 5 and welcoming back all of Wildcat Nation to the K-State Family Reunion."

Both season and single-game tickets for the 2009 football season remain available to the general public, including individual reserved tickets for as low as $20 for the UMass game. Group tickets for the UMass game are also available for as low as $10.
